Bishop Adrian Starks, a native of Brooklyn, New York, is a highly sought-after teacher, preacher, and psalmist throughout the country. He is truly an anointed man of God who is a visionary to the people of God who brings relevance to God’s Word. Bishop Starks is commissioned by the Lord to sensitize mankind unto the purposes of God for their lives.
